George Boateng by a mile. People go on about Juninho and Viduka (fair enough), but Boateng was the heartbeat of that team. Dirty work, tackles, leadership, 8/10 every week. Without him we don’t get near Eindhoven. Criminally underrated outside Boro.

My daughter got her first acting role in a pantomime of snow white and the seven dwarfs. She is playing the role of "Cutie" - not sure what that is yet, other than it is a dwarf... creative liberties... But she will be ideal for the role as she is super smiley and cute anyway :D

On a training course and I am away for the week. You would think I would enjoy the peace wouldn't you... But I miss it. I miss the chaos and the noise and the childrens laughter. I miss the cuddles and the contact. Bluergh.

I always struggle with this. I would work 12 / 14 hour days 7 days a week if I could. It is a constant battle to not "do too much" but also my fair share.
