I would agree. Some men learn to open up and find comfort in chatting to a good friend to get their feelings out, and it helps. But most don't, and it's not good. It's important for men to understand that it's ok to talk, to share. They don't have to feel alone. Find someone understanding and talk with them. They probably understand more than you realize.
It absolutely is. I’m very grateful for our opportunities to chat and lay things down.

I don't think we are alone in this. I consider myself lucky to have a wife who understands me. We have both reached the top and hit rock bottom, but now we are on our way back up. This rollercoaster of highs and lows has certainly made us stronger. The last few years have been quite difficult for me, but I have managed to turn things around.
I have a very small circle of people that I will even talk to anymore. You both are good people.
