I always struggle with this. I would work 12 / 14 hour days 7 days a week if I could.

It is a constant battle to not "do too much" but also my fair share.
 
I've been so thrown out of the work routine because of this life detour that I don't know how I'll manage when I finally get back. I worry about that. I worry about finding a job full stop. I worry about being able to live any kind of life authentically...am I going to have to go into hiding to get hired...and even if I do, would anyone want someone whose been out of the field for...well we're getting close to a decade now...I have no hope...

When I figure out how to not be a worthless piece of shit. You should learn, though. You can do this, look how far you've already come!
