I'm always doing guided meditation with Youtube premium currently in life, I put my favourite one on repeat and with a lavender and camomile room mist on my pillows and bed sheets and PJs and my sleeping pills, been sleeping so well lately at night. No more stress and anxiety attacks anymore with those. Please try it.
