My doctor wants me to go for a walk every day and I walk every day. He said it will help my mental wellbeing. Some days I walk further than others and the other day I did a ton of walking. I felt super good the next day for most of the day. And then my body started aching bad and the good feeling was over. So, from now I am not going to overdo it and just walk with my abilities.
