Recommended "safe" level of caffeine is 400mg daily.
One monster is 140mg so as long as drank in moderation (I have one or two a day) we're well under that.
There is no sugar and low calories, so that is good.
Full Ingredients List:
Carbonated water, citric acid, erythritol, natural flavours, taurine, sodium citrate, panax ginseng root extract, colour added, l-carnitine, l-tartrate, caffeine, sorbic acid, sucralose, benzoic acid, niacinamide, acesulfame potassium, sodium chloride, glucuronolactone, inositol, guarana seed extract, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, maltodextrin, cyanocobalamin.
Obviously there is lots of chemicals there, but I think other than water from a spring we would be hard pressed to find a processed drink without.
The sweeteners have the potential to cause harm, but so does sugar. The sweeteners also pass through very quickly so I'm not overly worried.
Educated consumption
